Kevin L. Kemper was raised in Kansas City, Missouri.After finishing high school, he enlisted in the United States Navy.He spent time overseas conducting overseas operations,including the Persian Gulf War in 1988.

He received many Medals of Honor, almost completing 9 years ofservice. He also has an earned Doctorate degree inPastoral Theology and Family Counseling. He is born again,fire baptized and has been preaching the Gospel for over 30 years.

Since his release from prison, he has been on the battlefield for theLord. His main objective is to win souls for Christ, whether it be byexample in front of men, witnessing through testimony, or preaching the Gospel, mentoring men, or becoming a spiritual father to many.He has a ministry called Pastor’s Heart,which equips starter churches to go to the next level in ministry.

Kevin also has a passion to go back to the prison andwitness to other inmates, go into homeless shelters,drug, and alcohol centers to declare that Jesus is realand is coming back soon.

Kevin has pastored several churches to help equip the saintsand at this present time, Kevin and his wife are the foundersof Not Easily Broken Marriage Ministry. They speak intothe lives of married couples and dating couples.Their goal is to bring the divorce rate,which is now at 40%, down to 0%.
